Salushi Express, an offspring of the original Salushi, Salushi Express is back in Claremont, offering an innovative selection of sushi, salads, noodles and a fusion of traditional Asian cuisine.
After almost 12 years, they continue to offer exquisite sushi and Asian cuisine with an intimate setting with a slightly more refined and reduced menu. Their focus still remains on quality and value with a personal touch that makes their customers feel at home.
The new location is homely, upmarket yet relaxed complete with wood burning fireplace. Priding itself on quality, value and friendly service, Express will be relaunched as “Salushi Lounge” once social distancing and Covid-19 are a thing of the past.
Grant Isaacs, dabbled in telecoms owning a Cell C Connect franchise before opening Salushi Restaurant in early 2008. From humble beginnings the restaurant has been transformed into one of Cape Town’s favorite sushi destinations.
