About the owner

Dean Roberts journey into nutrition and how it could change your shape happened when he started a gruelling MMA schedule in Thailand where he changed his diet (while still consuming meat) but started incorporating whole foods, intentionally omitting processed foods and dairy. He quickly saw dramatic changes and realised that if he wanted to maintain these results, he needed to accept that physical training and nutrition goes hand in hand. He decided to manufacture his own products and now Plant Fuelled is the first and only vegan friendly sports performance supplement manufacturer in South Africa
