About iLearn

iLearn’s purpose is to empower people to empower others. They aim to achieve this by working together with other medium to large size companies in South Africa to create continuous and purposeful learning solutions that will grow their people, their businesses, and the economy at large.

iLearn has recently worked with MICT SETA and developed the first fully online and accredited Excel short courses. This ensures that companies get the best quality of Excel short courses for the best price and allows the learner to learn in their own time, in their own place and at their own pace.

They pride themselves in knowing that not only the lives of their learners, but also those of their families and their communities have been changed because of iLearn’s training interventions, motivating them to keep innovating and finding better ways to do what they do.

About the owner

Richard launched iLearn in 2001, at the age of 21. There were fundamental ingredients in his recipe to becoming a successful entrepreneur – his high-performance drive and unrelenting passion to positively impact society. Although starting his own business was no mean feat, the lessons learnt from his trial and errors equipped him with the skills and best practise framework to build and grow his business in the early years. Rayne now occupies the role of CEO of iLearn employing 70 people with offices in Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Durban.
