The Client

Turkish Airlines is the national flag carrier airline of Turkey. It operates scheduled services to 315 destinations in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas, making it the largest mainline carrier in the world by number of passenger destinations.

To promote their discounted flights to Europe, Asia, Africa and America flying from Cape Town International Airport to a specific audience they made use of two DOOH networks.

The Campaign

The campaign consisted of making use of two DOOH networks; roadside digitals located in Somerset West, Claremont, Athlone, Tygervalley, Kenilworth, Cape Town CBD and Seapoint as well as various digilite digitals located at BP forecourt stations in Cape Town.

We were able to seamlessly book the two networks and have the advert focused on affluent audiences.

The advert was only flighted during the peak hours of the day (peak hour morning and peak hour afternoon) when the roads were congested with traffic.

The Results

Over a period of one month the campaign achieved 101,741 impressions with a total ad plays of 4,513.
