Job Title:

Programmatic Sales/Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Sell and present programmatic media buying opportunities and solutions to agencies and business that have their own programmatic trading desks
  • Work closely with our programmatic buying and strategy team to develop bespoke programmatic campaigns tailored to clients marketing needs
  • Understanding and presenting all programmatic buy types across open exchanges and Private Marketplaces (PDs and PGs)
  •  Effectively communicating with clients, understanding the requirements of their campaigns 
  • Being well-versed in and able to assess ad inventory in the form of DOOH networks across platforms
  • Build solid business relationships with clients and grow ad revenues and ad spends
  • Assessing client initiatives/briefs, and able to provide relevant proposals and solutions
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Client management, and after sale client service and reporting
  • Be responsible for new preferred deals and pre-empt partners relationship management of existing deals and clients
  • Work closely with the programmatic strategists, platform managers and sales team to rapidly onboard new customers and deals
  • Build and operate reporting on business and maintain a database of contacts for the programmatic team
  • Work cross-functionally with platform team to set up campaigns for success

Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in selling digital advertising
  • Must have solid digital industry knowledge and a desire to learn more about digital media
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Be a highly organized and focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail; analytical and able to work independently within a team-focused organization
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Must believe in the power of teamwork and being a team player, yet also reliable in working remotely and using initiative
  • Fluent in Google spreadsheets, Excel and PPT
  • Experience working on Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) an advantage but not a requirementRTB and wider programmatic landscape
  • Ad targeting methodologies
  • Programmatic marketplace to influence advertising strategy and execution towards “programmatic-first”
  • MS-Office Suite
  • Pivot tables

Experience:

Liaise with agency teams on campaign performance and reporting Campaign Management Responsibilities.

Troubleshoot deal set up through problem solving, technical analysis, and coordination with DSP (Google, Adform, TapTap, TradeDesk, ) support teams.

Create media plans that support campaign and advertiser objectives, those of the overall department.

We are currently recruiting for a Group Marketing Manager to sit at the top of all the companies. The role essentially is to manage and implement the company marketing, sales marketing, and insights & research.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
  • Gathering and collating all data points related to each business unit
  • Analysing this data and delivering to the sales team in a beneficial manner
  • Analysing market trends and preparing forecasts.
  • Generating new business leads.
  • Increasing brand awareness and market share.
  • Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales
  • Implement and Manage PR and Social media strategies
  • Developing and managing the marketing department’s budget.
  • Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.

  • Developing strategically orientated, research and data -based sales presentations and documents for key clients
  • Framing and conducting analysis to translate growth ideas into tangible growth opportunities and strategies (size, value proposition, customer needs, segments, required go-to-market changes, etc.)
  • Checking and ensuring outdoor business is always reflective of the media strategy – keeping Marketing Services Executive or the business at large informed of changes due to non-availability of time or space
  • Assist sales team in closing deals to identified targeted clients
  • Implement and manage PR and Social media strategies
  • Sales proposal and sales pack generation based on data and insights
  • Corporate events and gift planning

Requirements:

  • B. Com or Marketing Degree.
  • IMM/Chartered Marketers qualification preferred.
  • Preferred experience in Africa/BUP markets, or certainly the passion for African markets!
  • Strong skills in MS Office & relevant software packages (analytics tools, Excel, PPT).
  • A servant Leader with a love of the hustle and bustle of the gritty Africa markets.

  •  Ability to work effectively in a pressured, deadline driven environment

Job Description:

    • Full debtors function, includes invoicing and sending out statements
    • Debtor’s reconciliation and remittances in Xero
    • Reports on Accounts receivable
    • Attending to account queries
    • Collection of money
    • Liaising with sales, production and development staff; and debtors
    • Assisting Financial Manager

    Requirements:

    • Experience with accounting software, ideally Xero and working with Excel sheets and formulae
    • Vast knowledge of accounting procedures
    • Accurate processing of VAT

    Personal Skills/Attributes:

    • Ability to handle a large influx of emails
    • Work well in a fast-paced team environment
