Job Title: PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

Country: South Africa

Purpose of function:

To acquire and maintain OOH (Out-of-Home) sites in accordance with the business needs and develop relationships with relevant role players involved in the acquisition of sites.

General responsibilities:

  • Identify, scope and secure sites for the purposes of developing OOH signage.
  • Drafting proposals and presentations to potential Landlords.
  • Assist technical team with maintenance of existing inventory.

  • Willingness to learn

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12
  • Tertiary education will be advantageous
  • Experience in real estate, advertising or marketing will be advantageous
  • Photography skills will be advantageous
  • Driver’s license and own reliable transport

Job Title: PROGRAMMATIC COORDINATOR

The Programmatic Coordinator is a programmatic enablement function within the Group Marketing & Services team. The role is responsible for supporting programmatic sales reporting into the Senior Programmatic Lead.

The primary objective of this role is to support programmatic sales and campaign execution by:

  • Assist with the setup and parameter creation of all programmatic campaigns for both Direct and PDOOH teams on relevant SSP or Ad Server
  • Assist with the creation of RFPs for all programmatic-related campaigns (priority on digital agencies with myself but leading assistance to Direct Team if current support staff under pressure)
  • Daily evaluation of programmatic ecosystem to ensure that current campaigns are pacing according to targets (knob fiddling)
  • Assist in optimizing campaigns where delivery is not pacing at desired levels (more knob fiddling)
  • Lead sourcing and relationship development via DSPs through natural day-to-day interactions and opportunity observations
  • Monthly reporting and creation of delivery reports including POF documents on programmatic campaigns.
  • Onboarding of new inventory into the programmatic ecosystem
  • Assistance in the creation of programmatic collateral as and when needed.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in similar position
  • Diploma or degree in digital marketing would be ideal
  • Knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem
  • Experience working with DV360, Hivestack advantageous
  • Experience in performance campaigns. Results-oriented profile
  • Curiosity, proactivity and ambition to generate the best results for the client
