In 2003, Tractor Outdoor in association with Cell C, Nota Bene and Network BBDO were responsible for installing the biggest outdoor art installation ever in Cape Town to date.

3 banners each measuring 17m wide and 28m in length were installed to make up the entire artwork. These banners were installed along the blank facades of the vacant Grain Silo buildings, situated in the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront. The response to these large iconic sites was phenomenal and resulted in great exposure for the Cell C brand.
Tractor Outdoor managed the entire project, facilitating the legal requirements, production and installation of the 476 square meter artworks, while acting as liaison between the local government, the landlord and the Client, Cell C.
